Refund policy
Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card.(credited to your client account)
We are happy to issue a refund in the form of store credit only for items purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of item. The item must have tags attached and never been worn or washed. Discounted items are final sale and can not be returned.
Any exchange that needs to be made for sizing must be done within 14 days after purchase. We can not guarentee we will still have the item in your size but if we do not we will do our best to find you something else you love.
To initiate a return, please email birchirisco@gmail.com. Please do not send back an item without first contacting us Items returned without first making contact with us will result in the item being returned to you without a refund. Returns may take up to a week to process. We do not e-email you when received. Please keep tracking for your own records.
***After a 30% return rate has been reached by any customer, store credit will be the only option for returns. Refunds will no longer be processed. WE try to keep our prices affordable and due to fees we can no longer continue to accept returns at such a high rate.
